PokerFest Romania returns to Mamaia at the end of the summer and players can win their seats at Titan Poker's satellite tournaments. Set to run in the first week of September, PokerFest Mamaia 2013 will be the richest event ever staged on this exciting tournament circuit.
Titan Poker will stage two weekly Super Satellites starting July 27th. Players can win a €1,200 Prize Package or €600 Main Event Seat to PokerFest Mamaia 2013.
What will take place in Mamaia, Romania? This time the PokerFest Main Event will have two starting flights. Day 1A will be on September 4th and Day 1B will be on September 5th.
In addition to the Main Event there will be five side events, including a €90+€10 Ladies Event. Re-entries will be available to most of the side events and to the Main Event itself. The final table will be staged on September 8th.
PokerFest has staged tournaments this year in Bucharest, Mamaia, Cluj-Napoca, Piatra-Neamt, and also in Macedonia. The PokerFest Mamaia tournament in June was the biggest Romanian poker tournament ever organized outside Bucharest. Teodor Gheoarca defeated 317 opponents to capture first prize and the PokerFest trophy.
Titan Poker sent players to the Mamaia and Macedonian tournaments. One of the players who took to the tables after winning a €1,200 PokerFest package was Romanian Mihai Toma, who plays at Titan Poker under the nickname "Supererou". Mihai's words of advice for other players: "Know your opponents and adapt to their play style. Be disciplined and the results will come."
